1.Free Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping for all motorcycle fairings kits.
2. Estimated Shipping Time by Region
- United States: 30–40 days (due to current U.S. customs policies, we can only ship via sea freight). Sea freight consists of three steps: Your package is shipped via sea freight to the U.S——It is cleared through U.S. customs——It is handed over to the local carrier and delivered to your address——Tracking updates only begin once the carrier picks up the package from the port.
- Australia: 20–22 days
- Europe: 18–22 days
- Other regions: 15–20 days
3. Tracking Information
- Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number and relevant details. You can also log in to your account at any time to check your order’s current status.
- All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please coordinate with the carrier and be available to sign for your package. If any issues arise, contact us promptly.
4. Shipping Issues Disclaimer
- Spider Fairings does not own or control third-party shipping companies, and is not liable for shipping issues, including but not limited to delays, loss, theft, or damage. We provide tracking details so that you can monitor your shipment and contact the courier directly in case of any issues.
- If you suspect fraud, loss, or damage, please reach out to the courier for investigation. As all deliveries require an adult signature, customers are responsible for tracking and accepting their packages.
- If the first delivery attempt fails, please contact the carrier directly to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, you must contact both the carrier and your local authorities immediately. Then contact our support team via a support ticket and provide: Carrier claim case number or Police report number.
- Failure to cooperate in this process may result in forfeiture of refund rights.
5. Responsibility After Shipment
- Once your order leaves our paint facility and is in the hands of the shipping company, we entrust them to deliver your product reliably. While we understand that delivery issues are frustrating, please note that we see the same tracking updates as you do, and we are unable to offer additional insights.

6. Customs & Import Duties
- Unless stated otherwise, all import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

- Please note that logistics status may undergo changes during holidays. We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, but please understand that holidays may impact delivery schedules.
