Return and Refund Policy

To help our customers better understand their options regarding returns, cancellations, and replacements, we have outlined the following steps clearly. Please read through our policy before initiating any requests. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the day you receive your product to initiate a return.
  • We only accept returns for unopened packages (product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fairing kits that have been opened and installed are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return
Send an email to info@spiderfairings.com including:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Detailed reason for return

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package
Once the return is agreed upon, you have 7 days to ship the item back. Please:

  • Pack the merchandise in a shipping box
  • Do not tape or attach anything to the original product packaging

Step 3: Secure the Package
Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the original packaging is damaged, use suitable materials for repackaging.

Step 4: Send Tracking Number
Email us your return tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Once your return is processed, we will confirm the refund details via email.
Refund Processing: Refund times may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.


4. Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation of Orders:

  • Before Production: If you cancel within 3 days and production has not started, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After Production Begins:
    • Standard Orders: $100 USD cancellation fee.
    • Custom Orders: $200 USD cancellation fee.

2. How to Cancel:
Send an email to info@spiderfairings.com with your order number.

3. Refund Process:
If eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund via your original payment method. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.


5. Replacements

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost.

  • Keep all original packaging and take pictures if possible.
  • Replacements are only available for parts not installed on the motorcycle.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any international taxes or duties.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and consider insurance for high-value returns.
